We mainly manufacture finer particle powder than D50= about 10microns by water atomization process, used for various field like MIM(Metal Injection Molding) and magnetic use.

Besides, by rapid-cooling atomization process;SWAP process, we manufacture Fe base amorphous powder which was considered difficult to produce by water atomization process.

We provide completely controlled particle shape from irregular to almost spherical.

MIM(Metal Injection Molded parts)

1.ATMIX Metal Injection Molded Parts -

Utilizing our own ultra-fine powder,original binder technology, and high quality mass production system, we consistently manufacture threedimensionally complicated metal parts at low cost.

2.Greater freedom in shape design -

MIM can produce three-dimensional structures,including side holes and side grooves,which cannot be formed by forging and compression sintering, with no secondary operations required.
As aresult, entirely new shapes can be designed, and parts usually made by assembling multiple components can be designed as a single part.

3.Excellent mechanical properties -

The use of high quality powder produces a formed object of uniform density and low distortion.
The result is a high density, high strength product.

4.Easy material processing -

Traditionally hard-to-process materials such as stainless steels, titanium, and tungsten alloy are processed to a near net shape, thus reducing the number of manufacturing processes needed and increasing the products added value.
