ATMIX has started mass production of amorphous soft magnetic powder by SWAP process.
This new atomization process,which unite gas atomization and high speed water rotation process,can present cooling rate of 106K/s of more.
Resulting rapid cooling permits metal powders to be amorphous state or super
fine microstructure over the wide range of chemical composition.
